01 The agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to vaultpeptide.com and any purchase you make through it. The site is operated by [REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME], registered in the Republic of the Philippines under [SEC/DTI REGISTRATION NUMBER], with its principal address at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("VAULT", "we", "us").

By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

02 Research use only

This is the most important clause on the page, and it is not a formality. Every product we sell is supplied strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research conducted by qualified personnel.

Our products are not medicines. They are not approved by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration or by any equivalent authority for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any condition. We make no claim of therapeutic benefit, and nothing on this site — product descriptions, guides, calculators or support correspondence — should be read as medical advice.

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are acquiring the product for legitimate laboratory research, not for human or veterinary administration.
• You are qualified to handle research chemicals safely, and will do so in an appropriate setting.
• You will not resell, repackage or supply the product for human or veterinary consumption.
• You are responsible for confirming that possession and import of the product is lawful where you are.

We may decline or cancel any order where we have reason to believe the product is intended for human consumption, and we may report unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities.

03 Your account

You need an account to complete checkout. Keep your credentials confidential — activity carried out through your account is treated as yours, and you should tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.

Give us accurate details. Orders have been lost to mistyped delivery addresses, and a courier cannot fix what the label says.

04 Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch — not when the checkout page confirms receipt, and not when payment is authorised.

We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, where a price or description was published in error, where we cannot verify payment or delivery details, or where the eligibility criteria above are not met. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

05 Pricing and currency

The Philippines store prices in Philippine pesos (₱); the International store prices in US dollars ($). The store you are viewing is shown in the header and determines the currency you are charged in.

Prices may change without notice, but never after we have confirmed dispatch of your order. Shipping is calculated at checkout by delivery zone and is shown before you pay. Prices exclude any customs duties or import taxes levied at the destination.

06 Payment

Philippines orders may be paid by GCash, Visa or Mastercard, or by Cash on Delivery. International orders are card only.

Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card number. Where an order is placed for Cash on Delivery, payment is due in full to the courier at handover; a refused COD parcel may make you liable for the return freight.

07 Delivery, title and risk

Delivery timings quoted on the site and in the Shipping Policy are estimates based on courier performance, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, by customs, or by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery to the address you gave us. For international orders, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any duties, taxes and clearance charges.

08 Returns, damage and shortfalls

Unopened vials with an intact seal may be returned within 7 days of delivery. A vial whose seal has been broken cannot be returned, because it cannot be re-released against its batch record.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents and we will replace or refund it. Full detail is in the Shipping Policy.

Nothing here limits the rights given to consumers by the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) or by any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

09 Product information and certificates

Purity figures, molecular masses and other analytical values are reproduced from the Certificate of Analysis issued for the batch by the testing laboratory. We publish them as received.

Descriptions of what a compound is investigated for are summaries of published literature. They describe research interest, not effects, and they are not claims about what the compound does in a person.

10 Acceptable use of the site

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, submit false reviews, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful content.

The VAULT name, logo, site design, photography and written content belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

11 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for loss arising from use of a product outside laboratory research, from administration to any person or animal, or from reliance on any calculator, guide or reference material on this site. Those materials are provided as a convenience and must be verified independently.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, from your use or onward supply of a product in a way these terms prohibit, or from your breach of any law applicable to your possession of it.

13 Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of [CITY OF VENUE], Philippines have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any right you have to bring a complaint before a consumer authority in your own country.

14 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business or the law changes. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date below records the most recent revision.
